The Study On Development Strategy Of Wuhan East Lake High Technology Group CO., LTD.

The twenty-first Century, is the era of knowledge economy, "science and technology" and "innovation" has become the subject of today’s era of development.Industrial park, especially the high and new technology industries parks as an incubator of high-tech enterprise, and booster for transformation and industrialization of Chinese scientific and technological achievements, play an irreplaceable role in the development strategy of independent innovation in China, and will play a very important role, August 1988, China development plan of national high- tech industry was implemented, until October 2014, the State Council has approved the establishment of 114 national high-tech Industrial Development Zones,a large number of competitive high-tech enterprises has been cultivated. After years of development, the high technology park has become an important base for the development of China’s high-tech industries, has become an important force to stimulate economic growth and promote social development. Though has achieved remarkable social benefits and economic benefits, also have a series of problems in the development of high-tech. Therefore, this study is very necessary.In this paper, Wuhan East Lake High Technology Group CO., LTD.(hereinafter named East Lake High Technology Group for short)as the research object, East Lake High Technology Group as a representative for Administration Committee of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, undertake the infrastructure construction, investment promotion and operation management as tasks for East Lake New Technology Development Zone. Since established in 1993, The East Lake High Technology Group has made great progress, and made great contributions to the construction of Wuhan area. But at the end of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan", the beginning of the “Thirteenth Five Year Plan”, the company face a key transition of “starts an undertaking”. So, how to adjust the future development strategy of the company to adapt the development needs, has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper will use the theory and analysis methods of the strategic management to study The East Lake High Technology Group, focus on using SWOT analysis to analyse the internal and external strategic environment of the company,summarize the development advantages and weaknesses of internal environment and theopportunities and challenges of external conditions, the future development strategy of the company will based on this analysis. This paper aims to use the theory of strategic management knowledge to study the company, hopes to make some contribution to the future development of the company.
