With the speeding up of world economic integration, the competition between enterprisesis becoming more and more fierce. More and more people realize that enterprises want to getadvantage in the competition, we must constantly improve and improve the overall efficiencyand performance, and the effective ways to improve performance is to set up a goodperformance management system. Strategic orientation as a result of the traditionalperformance management system is strong, although on the surface can be complete eachassessment index, but it failed to significantly enhance the overall development of theenterprise. Therefore, how to truly build strategy oriented performance management systemhas become a big challenge to managers face. The balanced scorecard in order to enhancestrategic execution as a starting point, to distinguish the financial, customer, internal business,learning and growth, four dimensions, the organization’s strategic transformation becameoperational metrics and target values, for the managers to establish strategy orientedperformance management system provides a very good idea.This paper based on the balanced scorecard perspectives of G company performancemanagement system optimization done in-depth research. First of all the achievements of theperformance management at home and abroad and the balanced scorecard is analyzed andsummarized, provide theoretical support for the research of this paper. Second to analysis andresearch of the current performance management of G company, clearly points out its mainproblems, demonstrates the G company build based on the feasibility of the balancedscorecard performance management system. The third step is to G company based on theconstruction of the balanced scorecard performance management system, designed for Gcompany, departments and employees three levels of the balanced scorecard; Finally, in orderto successfully implement the balanced scorecard performance management system,formulate the corresponding security measures, to ensure that the smooth implementation ofthe optimization scheme in G company.
