The beginning of the21st century, as China becomes the world’s second largest economy,the people’s material needs and economic level has been greatly improved and met. At thesame time, the cultural demand is also geared to international standards, the coffee industryhas become the new economic growing area. The coffee economy is in its infancy in China,because of its strong development prospective and large market capacity, many countries’coffee giants put China as a key zone. But our country cannot compare with foreign brands,and stays in a weak position due to various reasons. Owing to this, this paper analyses world’sclassic cases first, and explores the important factors of the successful business model;furthermore, we study every countries’ classic coffee business models, and sum up the sixelements of the coffee business model. At last, combined with our country’s economy, politic,law, culture and other factors, we bring out a suitable coffee business model for our country.In this paper, the literature review method, from the perspective of the business model ofIn this paper, the literature review method, from the perspective of the business model ofdomestic and foreign research, describes the elements of the business model generation andbusiness model; employ a large number of typical cases, demonstrates the use of a successfulcoffee enterprise business model what elements should be included; the use of industry lifecycle analysis obtained our current stage of the coffee industry, summed up the coffeebusiness to build a business model for China’s three quadrants fishbone diagram.
