Based Multinational Research And Development Capabilities To Enhance Knowledge Management

With the progress of science and technology and the arrival of knowledgeeconomy, knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional factors of production andbecome the important resources in the enterprise management. In the knowledgeeconomy, multinational companies pay attention to research and developmentinnovation more than ever. Because in the increasingly fierce global competition,innovation has become an important means of cultivating competitive advantage formultinational companies.More and more multinational companies has advocated theconcept of knowledge management strongly in the management of practice.It alsorealized that the importance of knowledge management for core competitiveness ofmultinational company and promotion of the research and development capabilities.In view of this, it is a realistic and theoretical significance of the problem to researchthe specific relationship between knowledge management and research anddevelopment ability of the multinational company. And find out how much influenceof knowledge management factor on multinational company research anddevelopment ability, and how to use knowledge management to promotemultinational company research and development ability.This thesis is based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad Usingthe theory of enterprise knowledge management and innovation theory to define themultinational knowledge and knowledge management. And we also analyzed theinfluence factors of each process. The thesis build theoretical model framework, andmake a research hypothesis. Then, design questionnaire to collect data. And using thestatistical software SPSS for data analysis, including correlation analysis andregression analysis, and verifying theoretical assumptions. Verification results showthat the four categories of10factors has a different degree of positive correlation tomultinational company research and development ability. The results of Regressionmodel analysis showed that the regression model has high fitting. Finally, based on the analysis above, give the countermeasures and suggestions to raise the capacity ofmultinational company research and development, and points out the shortcomings ofthis article and prospect of research of the next step.
