In today’s knowledge economy era, the social competition between companies isparticularly significant, learning, creating and integrating of knowledge utilization, allwant to depend on the knowledge staff as the carrier to achieve, become less essentialparts of the enterprise’s value. Based on how to effectively motivate enterpriseknowledge staff in the huge role and important position in the enterprise has becomethe focus of human resource management, this article summarizes the nature in viewof the enterprise knowledge staff need incentives to foreign and domestic researchresults and point of view, to analyze the characteristics of knowledge workers and theenterprise of knowledge staff incentive problems today, and for YJ enterpriseknowledge staff to provide the corresponding incentive measures, the enterpriseshould not only pay attention to the knowledge staff’s personal growth and focus ontheir career development, and discusses how to appropriate the knowledge staff’sincentive, make it play a greater potential to create greater value for the enterprise.This article first through the literature reading and written questionnaire form tothe staff to extract characteristics can meet the demand of knowledge workersincentives, then use SPSS19.0for Windows statistical software for YJ,140management personnel and technical personnel has carried on the analysis of thequestionnaire and conducted and around to the enterprise knowledge staff in datademand factors are analyzed, the importance and satisfaction research has shown thatthe enterprise knowledge staff’s demand factors, in turn, for compensation, learningplatform, self growth and degrees of freedom. This paper can clearly see that YJenterprise knowledge staff on demand satisfaction level is generally low, the in themind head is bigger. Based on the above analysis, this paper first of all revolvearound the core of incentive knowledge workers, introduces in detail thecharacteristics of knowledge workers as well as to the importance of enterprisedevelopment, and then through the comprehensive analysis, find out the cause of thelack of detailed survey to understand demand features of the knowledge-typeemployees, and on this basis, put forward the knowledge staff incentive measures,finally summarizes the insufficiencies of this study is presented in this paper, and thefuture development put forward further research prospect.
