The Study On Ability Of The Regional Logistics Coordination Mechanism

Economic development has shown the trends of economic globalization and regional economic integration. Economic communities are facing new challenges- the regional competition which is transferred from business competition and supply chains competition, in the international market. Modern competition between regions will gradually become an important form of competition in the international market. In order to maintain a competitive advantage,Economic communities must make full use of logistics resources, which have become one of the regional economic development needs.Logistics capabilities have become one of driving forcel for rapid economic development in region.Recently, the industry is undergoing gradient shift from eastern coastal areas to western interior in china, hina's economy is facing new development situation and Logistics activities have become increasingly frequent, service functions, showing a diversity of forms. How to organize, control and coordinate the area of logistics service providers and supply chain to reduce logistics costs and enhance the capacity of logistics services, which has became one of problems to be solved for the regional rapid, healthy, stable development. The role of modern logistics has become more and more important.In this paper, in order to improve the level of regional longistics services, the collaboration among various members of the regional logistics operation is studied. The following work is focused on doing.Firstly, build a conceptual model of regional logistics synergy. Explain the meaning of regional logistics synergy and analyze the characteristics of the regional logistics coordination. Study the regional logistics coordination connotation of four modes of competition.Secondly, study the regional logistics synergy targets: the demand side of logistics services and logistics service providers. Combined with synergetics and theorys of biological populations analyze the regional logistics synergy model. Study the co-evolution process of regional logistics service providers in-depth and explore the core competitiveness of the logistics industry co-evolution in regional.Thirdly, on the basis of complexity and gray features for the regional logistics coordination system, make use of gray relational analysis and vector projection principle to establish the synergy model. Gather the basis of data in Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu and other cities related to make empirical research.According to the study results, the synergy model, which can provide some guidance to improve the logistics environment, increase system logistics capabilities, and better promotion of economic development, is reasonably practicable.
