Research On The Coordination Of Regional Logistics System In Fujian Province

Under the background of regional economic integration,interregional economic activities are becoming more frequent.Regional logistics,as an integral part of regional economy,plays an significant influenceon the improvement of regional economic comprehensive strength,and it has gradually become an important growth point of regional economic development.Overall planning for regional logistics and promoting the coordinated development of regional logistics system has been the main focus of economic development in various regions.However,there are still many problems in the development process of logistics in China,such as the imperfection of logistics facility network,the poor convergence of logistics links and the imbalance of logisitics supply and demand,which seriously hinderes the development of regional logistics.The research on the coordination of regional logistics system is helpful to improve the logistics operation mode and optimize the logistics structure,which is of great significance to the development of regional logistics.The paper takes systematology and synergetics as the theoretical basis,and it adopts econometrics model and coordination degree measure model to analyze the coordination of regional logistics system in Fujian Province.Firstly,this paper summarizes and reviewes the domestic and international research status of regional logistics system,and this part points out the problems and deficiencies of regional logistics system studies.In addition,it summarizes the quantitative methods about system coordination degree by reading the relevant literature and chooses the most suitable method for Fujian province regional logistics system by comparing these methods.Secondly,the concept of regional logistics system is defined from the angle of system.And the paper discusses the composition and characteristics of the regional logistics system.In addition,this part also analyses the content of regional logistics system coordination and expounds the related theory and basic principle of the complex system theory and synergetics,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following empirical analysis.Thirdly,the paper analyses the current situation of the regional logistics system in Fujian Province,including the current situation of logistics supply system,logistics demand system and logistics environment system.And this part also points out the problems of the regional logistics system.Then,the VECM model in econometrics is adopted to analyze the coordination relation among three subsystems--logisitics supply system,logistics demand system and logistics environment system.Results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among the three subsystems.And the change in one subsystem has dynamic effect on the other two subsystems.The next part establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation standard of regional logistics system coordination based on the basic theory and relevant principles.And this part uses system coordination degree model to analyse the coordination of subsystemcs,the coordination among the subsystemes and the coordination of regional logistics system.The results show that the coordination of the regional logistics system in Fujian Province has gradually evolved from low coordination state to good coordination state.But it has not reached high coordination.At last,based on the above empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the coordination of regional logistics system in Fujian Province.
