Since the reform and opening up, the mariculture industry has made significantdevelopment in Fujian Province. However, the mariculture industry still facessignificant threats. This is mainly because Fujian Province is faced with variousmarine natural disasters of high incidence; the traditional seafood supply chainmodel still dominate the whole marine indulstry; risks confronted by the seafoodsupply chain is complex and difficult to control as well. Overall, the development ofthe seafood supply chain risk management is badly in need of a global and strategicthinking and design to make a further and sustainable advance.Competition becomes increasingly fierce between modern systems of enterprise.Therefore, the development of the seafood supply chain in Fujian Province has greatsignificance in economic, social and theoretical aspects. Improving Risk-resistingability of the seafood supply chain can increase the economic benefits to farmers,which, for seafood farmers, is an important part of the "three rural" issues.Improving the seafood supply chain risk management can help increase the seafoodfarmers income and promote the three rural problems solving. In addition, the risk ofthe seafood supply chain study fills the blank in the seafood supply chain riskmanagement research field. Therefore, it also possesses important theoretical valueas well.The study of seafood supply chain risk follows SCRM analysis framework.This passage tries to use mathematical tools to solve the problem within theframework. In Fujian seafood supply chain risk identification phase, questionnaireare being carried out and summarized centralized organizational model of Fujianseafood supply chain. In order to better establish risk evaluation index system, thispart uses factor analysis indicators to analyze Fujian seafood supply chain risk factors. At the risk evaluation stage, this paper uses F-AHP model to estimate therisk level of Fujian seafood supply chain. According to the results of the evaluation,the paper argues that the level of risk at this stage of the Fujian Province seafoodsupply chain is in a high level. Therefore, seafood farmers in a weak position in theseafood supply chain risk.In addition, in order to enhance Fujian Province seafood supply chain riskmanagement capabilities, it is imperative to take some effective steps. Theseprevention strategies include: building the Fujian Provincial seafood supply chainrisk warning mechanism, improving Fujian Provincial seafood supply chain riskaversion mechanism, vigorously developing the the mariculture cooperatives andestablishing the Fujian Provincial seafood supply chain information sharingmechanism. Combination of these countermeasures will greatly enhance the level ofthe Fujian Provincial seafood supply chain risk management.In a word, the concept of supply chain management should be introduced intothe management of mariculture step by step, in order to accelerate the process ofintegrating industry resources of fishing. Supply chain risk management also need tobe to introduced to the mariculture in Fujian Province.
