| The environment that supply chain members face changes unceasingly, In a growing number of cases, when a formal control can not reduce the members of supply chain risk perception level effectively, however, supply chain social control plays an important role in it. So supply chain social control is widely noted. But the social control of supply chain is a problem that how to affect the supply chain risk has always didn’t get a clear answer, in this paper, we do a thorough research on this issue through theoretical analysis and field survey and other research methods and by using SPSS18.0software tool, so the purpose of this paper is to make clear the influence mechanism between the supply chain social control, trust, and supply chain risk, last draw the final conclusion.It begins with the clear introduction of the whole paper which includes research background, structure, and meaning; Then it reviews the former research of supply chain social control, supply chain risk and trust, which will give this paper a better ground. After that, it proposes a model of how supply chain social control has impact on the supply chain risk, the supply chain social control is divided into set up cultural values jointly, knowledge sharing and relationship control, supply chain network is divided into relationship risk and ability risk, trust is unitary trust, at the same time set up adjustment variables such as the enterprise scale and enterprise nature, geography and so on. designs a questionnaire for this model; and it receives235pieces of effective questionnaires, which is about77.6%of all the answers; with these data, this paper analyses the model and gets conclusions, and for the future research are prospected.The conclusion is as follows:Firstly, the supply chain network risk can be described as and capable risk, the capable risk is that the supplier is can’t brings to the enterprise to adapt to the enterprise development as they can’t do it for their own capable limitation, the relational risk is the unsatisfied risk for some opportunism reasons. Secondly, the supply chain social control can reduce the supply chain risk, specifically, set up cultural values jointly and knowledge sharing can reduce the relational risk, set up cultural values jointly and relationship control can reduce the capable risk.Lastly, trust has different level of mediator effect in the relations in the influence mechanism between the supply chain social control and supply chain risk.Trust has complete mediation on the relationship between set up cultural values jointly and relational risk, but it has partial mediation on the relationship between set up cultural values jointly and capable risk as well as relationship control and capable risk. |
