Moreover,the Yinzhou District is a blending of town and city. It could take advantage of the urbanization ofNingbo to develop modern services and port industry as well as advanced technology. Furthermore,the Yinzhou District could use these features to confirm its pillar industry and basic industry. Whatis more, the Yinzhou District has kept a good educational atmosphere since the ancient time. Theurbanization of Ningbo provides this district a good opportunity to develop education quality. Theadjustments of industrial structure could combine the education, technology and economy togetherthen cultivate and promote the cultural industry.
