Study On Evolution Of The Land Requisition Compensation Standard Within The Frame-work Of Property Evolution

With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, the need forcollective land increase rapidly by the city. A large number of agricultural land has beentranslated into urban land. The land requisition system has played a huge effect in thisprocess. The land requisition system get through different stages of development indifferent period. In every period, the compensation standard has always been the focus ofattention. Thus it has great theoretical significance and practical value if we do Thoroughand comprehensive research in the evolution of land compensation standards in differentperiod for the land requisition system to reform, perfect and innovate.The land requisition system involves the interests of many subjects. Each subject hasdifferent rights and obligations in the process of land requisition. With farmland potentialvalue appears gradually, the new value system of farmland has formed a new propertyright structure.
