Study On The Interactive Development Of Hebei Province Producer Services And Manufacturing

Xi Jinping pointed out that we shuould attach importance to the real economy and promote the development of advanced high-end manufacturing and modern service industries in the report of the Nineteenth Congress.The productive service industry in the service industry is a knowledge-based and technology intensive industry.The development of the producer service industry can provide a variety of high-level production factors for the manufacturing industry and contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The innovation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,in turn,lead to the the innovation and development of the producer service industry.The interactive development of the two can promote the upgrading of the whole industry and the upgrading of the industrial competitiveness.In this paper,Hebei Province is selected as the research object.on one hand,Hebei Province is in a new stage of industrialization.The connection of manufacturing industry and service industry is becoming more and more close,with the typical characteristics of the developing economy.on the other hand,Hebei Province is in the land of Gyeonggi,whose industrial development shoulders the implementation of the national coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,especially the historic task of the implementation of the “Xiong'an New District” construction.Based on the complexity of the interaction mechanism between producer services and manufacturing,the paper integrates multidisciplinary knowledge such as political economics,econometrics,industrial economics,and system dynamics.The interactive development of producer services and manufacturing in Hebei province has been studied from three different dimension of input-output models,econometric models,and system dynamic models,forming a multi-faceted and interrelated complementary understanding.In the input-output model,the industrial correlation degree of the industry was analyzed with the aid of direct consumption coefficient,complete consumption coefficient,sensitivity coefficient,influence coefficient based on the input-output tables in 2007 and 2012.It is concluded that the degree of indirect correlation between the producer services industry and the manufacturing industry is greater than the direct correlation and the interaction relationship is mainly concentrated on the conclusion of traditional industries.With the help of Eviews software,an econometric model was established using a measurement analysis method to verify the interactive relationship between the producer service industry and the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.It was found that the contribution of producer services to manufacturing was greater than that of manufacturing to manufacturing services.Finally,the system dynamics analysis was used to establish the system dynamics model to analyze Conducted channels and key factors.It was concluded that the productive service industry indirectly promoted the upgrading of the manufacturing industry by reducing costs and raising the level of economic development.At the end of the article,the conclusions of the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industries in Hebei Province were summarized,and constructive solutions were proposed.
