| Under the direction of the policy of "First develop tertiary industry, actively adjust the secondary industry and steadily improve primary industry ", the services have developed rapidly in the nearly a decade. With the development of services, producer services are more and more focesde by the people. The definition of producer services is based on the"Functional Classification" of service or the service sector, was first used by Greenfield (1996), and corresponding consumer services, mainly refers to the services of capital goods, is defined as production and business activities rather than directly to individual consumers in the consumer services, producer services as the intermediate inputs services for the further production of goods and services. From the input-output coefficients and the Panel Data error correction model,we can know the correlation of producer service and other sectors,and the detailed analysis of the infuluencing factor of producer service.This article from the side of demand and supply analysed the influencing factor of producer service, using the Panel Data error correction model to study the manufacturing industry, the regional economy, the urbanization, the investment, the employment impacting on the producer service and detailed industry of China's eastern central and western containing the long-term and short-term. The results showed:In the long term, the manufacturing industry is negative effect on the transportation and storage, positive effect on the real estate and the financial industry; the regional economy is positive effect on all the industry and all the areas, and the impact of factors is the greatest in all the greatest influence; the level of urbanization in the western and eastern is positive effect on producer servicer and all the detailed industry, but in the central the effect is negative; the affect of the investment and the employment is associated with the regional development stage. In the short-erm, the affect of the manufacturing development and economic development on transportation and storage sector and financial sector is greater than in the long-term, but is contrary in real estate; the level of urbanization in short-time is positive effect on producer service and detailed industry; the short-term impact of the employment is different due to the industry, producer service and transportation and storage sector is negative, the financial sector and real estate is positive; the short-time impact of the investment is related with the regions and industries.According to the 2002 China's 122* 122 sectors input-output tables and the 2007 China's 135* 135 sectors input-output table, the article fetched the related producer service to builded the new 54* 54 sector producer services input-output table. On the basis of the table we calculat the direct consumption coefficient, cumulate consume coefficient, impact factor and induction force coefficient. Contrast from the rank on the direct consumption coefficient and cumulate consume coefficient to observe the dependence on sales of producer services, we found that sales of producer services rely on its own and the development of manufacturing industries, and the financil service is significant. Contrast from the column on the direct consumption coefficient and cumulate consume coefficient, we find the dependence on production of producer services, the production of producer services largely depends on the manufacturing sector, particularly in communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing. This fully explains producer services is closely link with manufacturing. From the impact factor and induction force coefficient we find throughout the economy the industry which plays a major role and the main supporting role. The greaterst pulling effect on economic growth is mainly concentrated in manufacturing, producer services'effect is lower and the pulling effect on the other sectors is not obvious. The most significant effect of industry support mainly in the mining industry and the raw materials industry in manufacturing, but the industry as the "bottleneck" industries, we are especially concerned about their degrees of development, not to eccess supply. The supporting role of producer services concentrated in technology services, business services and financial services, the three induction force coefficient is greater than the social average. |
