Abstract/Summary:
Talent resource is the important resources in the enterprise, it play a decisive role in thesurvival and development of enterprises. The core of intellectual economy is knowledge, andthe person is the carrier of knowledge, only through the creative work can knowledge beconverted into wealth, realize its value, therefore, the essence of knowledge economy is talenteconomy. Talent already became the first resource of the enterprise, the enterprise couldattract talents, have talent, tarry talent, directly decides whether a business in competition togain development. The enterprise talented individual resigned, collective resignation, not only tookaway the technical invention, also took a lot of network customers simultaneously, even madethe enterprise project give up halfway sometimes, brought great losses to enterprises. Itbecome worse that talent loss under the condition of modern market economy situation, howto reduce the loss of talents, retain the talents has become the focus of many enterprises, thebrain drain problem become the important problems to be solved in many enterprises. Only toestablish the correct concept of talent, scientific and reasonable to implement talent strategy,to prevent the loss of talents, can enterprise seek survival and development in intense marketcompetition.As a special industry, real estate development enterprises have its inherent nature andcharacteristics. Following the development and the increasingly perfect of the real estatemarket, the competition between enterprises is no longer limited to land and capital the twoaspects, but more reflected in the talent competition. Indeed, the land and capital to a realestate enterprise is so important, but when the land was acquired, capital were available, finally,it was the people who brought more money through the work. The reason was that the peoplewho make the investment change into profits, if ignore the importance of talent, the enterprisewill undoubtedly suffer a fatal blow. Therefore, under the same conditions, with a high qualitypersonnel of enterprises, will obtain more profits, have more subsequent development funds and more strength.In this paper, through a brief analysis of the problems of the brain drain in thebackground research and the current development situation of real estate industry, combinedwith the current enterprise brain drain in the common influence factors and real estatedevelopment enterprise brain drain behavior characteristics, initial division of real estatedevelopment enterprise brain drain impact factors. In the analysis of real estate developmententerprise brain drain on the basis of factors, then the establishment of real estatedevelopment enterprise brain drain system model of early warning index system, and designthe impact of real estate development enterprise brain drain in the index architecture model.Application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of evaluationindexes, and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the situation of enterprisebrain drain problem, theoretically on guidance of real estate development enterprises to establishthe personnel management system, at the same time, through the the survey form to applicationresearch for the model, from the practical significance to guide the real estate developmententerprises how to deal with the brain drain problem. Finally, put forward reasonablecountermeasures and suggestions for brain drain problem in the real estate developmententerprise, on the question of this study for objective summary and prospect for the future, hopethat for China’s real estate development enterprises brain drain problem research provides some clues.
