Since china’s reform and opening up for30years, with the increasinglydevelopment of economic globalization, our country enterprises’ outward directinvestment (ODI) has developed rapidly, forming a certain achievement, it is animportant part in promoting economic growth in our country. Especially after the USsubprime crisis, under the condition that the total amount of foreign investment in theglobal economy was affected and showed a trend of decline, our country enterprises’ODI in the fast growth tendency. The party and state policy called for China’senterprises carry out the strategy of "going out" vigorously. In this background,studying the influence factors of Chinese enterprises’ ODI has a vital significance toguide Chinese enterprises to carry out the scientific and reasonable ODI.On the research methods of this paper, is the combination of theoretical analysisand empirical analysis, through the empirical analysis based on the China’s ODI dataconcerning22countries from2007to2011. Econometric model using gravity modeland EVIEWS software panel analysis to analyze the sample data, reaching aconclusion about what has a significant influence factors on China’s ODI, andanalyzing the different features of factors between China and developed countries.On the structure of this paper, first we elaborates the background and significanceof the research, on the basis of that,reviewing the relevant theories of ODI withdomestic and foreign literature. Then,introduces the development course of China’sODI and the situation of the ODI in our country at present stage. And then, introducesthe influence factors of China’s ODI in theory, including: exchange rate, geographicdistance, the host country’s market size, the bilateral trade and so on. Finally,according to the measured sample data to carry out the econometric analysis, gets thekey factors influencing the ODI in China after the sub-loan crisis, in the last chaptersummarizes a part of the problem still exist in China’s ODI, and put forward somereasonable suggestions.
