In the post-crisis period,the enterprises' international and domestic environments are undergoing tremendous changes, in order to deal with such changes, the enterprises must implement strategy transformation. After the High-growth during the 1990s, our country's auto companies are facing an increasingly competitive market environment. Under such circumstances, how to seize the opportunties, play the strength, and finally make the transformation succeed is more and more important.This article focus on our country's auto companies in the post-crises period. With SWOT analysis tool, this article analyzes not only the opportunities and threats those companies faces,but also the advantages and disadvantages of the companies. The results show that, under new circumstance , if our country's auto companies still adhere to the low-end and low-price strategy, they will stagnate or even be eliminated.Finally,the article comes up with five kinds of transformation strategies and offers new ideas and methods. In this sense, the article provides some inspiration for other enterprises that decide to transform.
