The end of WTO transition period implies that our country has entered an open globalization process. During this process, promoting our direct investment in foreign countries is not only an important part of our reform and opening up policy, but also an indispensable requirement for Chinese enterprises to speed up in the process of economic globalization. In recent years, with central China's rapid economic growth, the "Rise of Central China strategy" has become the focus of our economic development. Thus, Central China's role in our national economic development and opening-up and the number of companies invested abroad has been improved greatly. However, the US Sub-prime Mortgage Crisis erupted, the impact radiated to all over the world. Many countries therefore suffered great losses. China, as a major developing country, is also affected. Based on this background, how can the Central China deal with this challenge? The only option is to investigate direct investment strategy abroad under the new circumstances. Only in this way, we can promote our enterprises to follow the government's "Invest Abroad" policy to further enhance the competitiveness of central China enterprises, and promote the rapid rise of Central China and play an increasingly important role. Therefore, it is great theoretical and practical value to study strategy issues about Central China's development of Direct Investment Abroad in the Post Financial Crisis Era.This study selected the six provinces from Central China as the main research subject, used direct investment abroad theory comprehensively and verified that accelerating the good growth of Central China's GDP could drive direct investment abroad development in this region through building the mathematical model. Furthermore, based on the understanding of this current situation, we can analysis in the post financial crisis era that Central China will meet chances and challenges when doing direct investment abroad. Then, we will finally give suggestions for further accelerating the development of direct investment abroad in this region. This article is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one:introduction; Chapter two:theories about "going out" strategy and direct investment abroad; Chapter three:stage to determine and analysis about Central China's current situation of direct investment abroad; Chapter four:in post financial crisis era Central China's direct investment abroad meets chances and challenges; Chapter five:in post financial crisis era new ideas about Central China's direct investment abroad development; Chapter six:in post financial crisis era policy recommendations and measures about accelerating Central China's direct investment abroad development; Chapter seven:conclusion and outlook.Through the IDP inspection to Central China's direct investment abroad we can determine this region is in the third stage of the development cycle. However the overall situation of direct investment abroad meets challenges affected by the financial crisis. As a result, we fully need our government and enterprises actively change the strategies in the choices of subject,location,industry about direct investment abroad and speed up to improve the development of policies and measures. So government works not only making greater efforts on encourage and support, further improving the matching policy system of laws and regulations, but also to improve enterprises'own quality. After doing all these, we can fully turn crisis into chances, using the great opportunity made by the post crisis era to realize the rise of Central China in all countries.
