In the era of knowledge-based economy, the developmental level and theoperating conditions of enterprises affected by the level of resources, the environment,corporate culture and other factors, still further by the comprehensive capacity of theemployees. The stock and incremental of corporate human resources depends on thehigher quantity and quantity of personnel training which can provide by a nation.Higher education which is a professional education after secondary education, is animportant part of pre-time in employees’ career. The theory and cases studies of pre-time in employees’ career, which takes the research of the nationwide college students’study enthusiasm as the core, not only have important theoretical and practicalsignificance for the establishment of a “learning” as the center which Chinese highereducation advocates, the focusing to the internal process of higher education qualityevaluation and quality evaluation system, the transmission of adaptive talents forenterprise, but also have important implications for the corporate human resourcesdevelopment and management.The paper is starting from the definition of concept of career, pre-time in career,employees’ learning ability and learning enthusiasm. Then, the paper introduces theresearch results and methods of learning abilities during the pre-time in domestic andforeign employees’ career. On this basis, the improvement of employees’ learningability and the basic theories of research of college students’ learning situation wereintroduced, and then a learning situation investigation in X was conducted, thelearning situation findings was obtained in the end.Based on the learning results of X, the article carried on the learning investigationand comprehensive analysis, put forward a series advice to improve the early learningability of X undergraduate: such as perfect the education teaching management system,increase the intensity of resources, improve the teachers’ overall quality; With theefforts of the school, the teachers and the students,improve teacher interaction level and strengthen the construction of off-campus practice base with campus, etc. Forenterprise human resources development and management are also put forward someenlightenment: education should strengthen the enterprise hires, improve employee toenterprise’s esteemed and active cooperation level; Intensive mentoring interaction, topromote the new staff’s professional ability; Attaches great importance to the humanresources development and management, improve enterprise environment support forstaff career development, etc.
