| In recent years, the employee career development plan management is a corn problem of enterprise's human resource investment. In order to meet the demand of development of enterprises and employees' career development, it is necessary to adopts many different ways to lead their career development to match the enterprise' strategy referring to the enterprises' particular situation. Therefore, the employees' career development management is a main topic of human resource management study filed nowadays. Especially in the 21 century, there is a tough competition among steel enterprises, the management team started to realize that it is important to train and develop and make them work for the companies which is beneficial to the enterprise future development. This study focuses on the methods to combine enterprise employee's career plan management and enterprise development.This study is divided into six parts, in the first part, background research, study purpose, main research methods and literature review of current relevant research on personal career development. Secondly, theories review of personal career development, which involves in western company's practical theories of personal career development. In the third part, it is going to discuss about the current problems of XG new employees management as well as company structure, basic information of those new employees. In the forth part, the research of new XG employee management will be raised up to show the main idea of how to manage XG's new employee career based on XG management theory, operation model, training system, evaluation system, as and the reasonable salary system. In the next part, re-structure XG's new employee career management model, and the same time the new procedure of new employee's career development management will be discussed. The employees will be divided into management type and technique type. The conclusion and future discussion will be provided in the last part. |
