The sustainable development of enterprise culture is essential for a company’ssignificance. The lack of enterprise culture construction, is the rapid development of China’senterprises in the construction of enterprise culture can’t keep up with the development ofenterprises, a huge hidden danger is China’s long-term development of the enterprise,participate in international competition in the presence of. This paper focused on theexploration of this theme Z corporate culture, main research work and results are as follows:(1) introduced the concept of culture and development of enterprise, analyzes themethod of the construction of enterprise culture. This paper first introduces the developmentof the concept and theory of enterprise culture from two aspects of narrow sense and broadsense; analysis of the differences between the features of enterprise culture and foreign culture;analysis of the various steps of the construction of enterprise culture, the corporate cultureconstruction method described. Expounds the enterprise culture is an enterprise character, is atemperament and charm, unique to an enterprise is the unity of value of an enterprise valuesand norms, is shared by all standards of behavior. The enterprise culture is the advancedmodern enterprise management mode.(2) analyzed the enterprise culture present situation of Z company. Through thecomprehensive introduction to Z company, the Z company in the enterprise reform after thereorganization of the development, seize the opportunity, bold reform, achieved goodeconomic benefits, has been established a sound R&D, production, sales, service system, forthe future development of enterprises laid the material foundation of good; also put forward Zcompany existing staff are not satisfied with the problem is caused by lack of enterpriseculture, analyzes the main reasons for this phenomenon is the enterprise culture constructioncould not keep up with the enterprise development caused by; elaborated the enterpriseculture on enterprise development important significance.(3) to build the framework of Z corporate culture. This paper starts from the enterpriseculture construction principle analysis, proposed the framework of the corporate culture construction goal, content and path as well as the seven aspects of the main measures to buildthe enterprise culture construction of Z company. Combined with the practice in Z company,analyzed the enterprise culture construction of the same sex, scientific and humane, fusion ofthe6cardinal principles; puts forward and expounds to establish the common values, shapingenterprising spirit of enterprise, establish healthy right business philosophy, good corporateimage, enhance team awareness, improve enterprise goal of cultural construction enterprisesto develop and moral level; and discusses the values, business philosophy of the refined,enterprise system construction in six aspects, enterprise culture construction the effective wayand the guarantee measures.
