Study On The Effects Of Driving Mechanism On Enterprise’s Core Abilities In The Mode Of Circular Economy

Because of “High investment,high consumption and high emissions”economicmodel, enterprises are facing with the shortage of resources and the environentaldamage.Cycle economic model, in a certain extent,solves the topic of the world’sattention today, in order to keeping resource、environment and economic coordinateddevelopment.Current the circular economy model enterprise accounts for theproportion of insurance enterprise is still relatively small,so it is necessary to study thedriving mechanism of a circular economy model.Under this background,the researchcontent of this paper is that finding out the driving mechanism of actively promoteenterprise construction of circular economy mode,and discussing the relationship ofdriving mechanism and enterprise core competence.The research methods of this paper is literature research, case analysis andin-depth interviews.Through those research methods,we analysis the drivingmechanism that can affect enterprises in order to building the driving mechanism ofcircular economy mode,develops a circular economy mode driving mechanism ofenterprise model,then builds a enterprise managers as medium conditions of drivingmechanism of enterprises under the mode of circular economy to its core competencymodel. Finally, in the form of a questionnaire,we verifies this article preliminary buildmodel.In this paper,we questionnaire to enterprise managers whose work’s industrysuch as the manufacturing、new energy、 services industries,then analysis the datafrom the questionnaire.From the analysis of the data,we can see that the marketmechanism, the system mechanism, the mechanism of the government policy candrive enterprise to construe the circular economy mode.But the culture mechanismcann’t play a positive role in the item of building a circular economy mode. It islikely that the enterprise and the social has not yet congiary the concept of recycleeconomy mode.So it can’t play significant role. But the data support the second theory that enterprise construction of circular economy mode can promote enterprisecore competence.Therefore,the market mechanism, the system mechanism, the government policymechanism can advance the enterprise to construct the circular economymodel,cultural mechanism doesn’t put positive effects on construction of circulareconomy mode.Enterprises under the circular economy mode play a positive role intopromote enterprise’s core competence.Finally,this article from the researchconclusions puts forward the countermeasures about building circular economy modelin order to promote enterprise construct circular economy model.
