With the advent of the age of knowledge economy, the competition of the enterprises has been raised to the competition of human resource but not the competition of natural and capital resources. And nowadays, human resource has become the most important resource for all enterprises. That how to make the best use of the limited time and resource to gain the advantages in the competitions is a main problem that a modern enterprise has to deal with。"Human resource management outsourcing" is a new management mode which can help enterprises to improve efficiency and gain competitive advantage。The outsourcing of Human resource refers to manage Human resources related activities and work of the internal organization by using external resources in order to reduce labor costs and achieve maximum efficiency。Therefore, enterprise can extricate from the heavy and repetitive affairs, and they can focus on the core of the strategic work and develop the core competitiveness. It helps to enhance human resources management, and gradually has become an impotant strategic tool for the development of enterprise。Due to the lack of experience and professional guidance in the outsourcing of recruitment strategy of human resource, A Company has met many problems, such as excessive number of service providers, uneven level; staff turnover, high cost of recruitment outsourcing; lack of service evaluation system in recruitment outsource, improper supervision of outsourced processes; lack of communication with internal employees and outsourcers, the decline in employee loyalty, affecting the implementation results of recruitment outsourcing。For the problems of A Company in the process of outsourcing, this paper put forward countermeasures. With the basic theory of domestic and international human resources recruitment outsourcing, this paper analyzed and illustrated the developing background and the actual situation of A Company and its situation of outsourcing of recruitment of human resources. With questionnaires to make statistical analysis, human resources recruitment outsourcing strong operational processes and methodologies, and proposes specific methods of operation and risk control and internal staff management outsourcing process. Through this research, we try to provide some help for the implementation of recruitment outsourcing of A Company, and also hope to provide a reference in the implementation of recruitment outsourcing for the other enterprises。...
