Research On The Innovation Of Rural Financial System From The Perspective Of Financial Ecology

It is an important step in socialist new countryside construction to accelerate the reform of rural financial system and improve rural finance ecology environment. In recent years, scholars continuously focus on how to reform and develop China's rural financial system to promote the development of rural economy. Based on Financial Ecology Perspective, this paper presents analysis and evaluation of rural financial system reform on the basis of existing studies.This paper is divided into six parts, the main contents include:PartⅠis the introduction, the sense of selecting the topic, analytical framework, research methods, the thesis' new ideas are discussed. PartⅡis literature review, mainly summarizes three details of domestic studies. Firstly, introduce the intension and theory of financial ecology. Secondly, overall balance of rural financial system. Thirdly, study to structure rural financial ecology system. Meanwhile, the latest research of foreign scholars about rural financial system is introduced. PartⅢmainly discusses the status of ecology organization. On the basis of reviewing the course of rural financial reform, this paper points out the problems of rural financial system. PartⅣanalyses the status of rural financial system from the Financial Ecology Perspective. PartⅤfirstly evaluates the formal finance efficiency with Cointegration and Granger Causality Test, and meanwhile, analyses the efficiency of the informal finance and ecology environment with mass of data. PartⅥis the conclusions of this paper, policy recommendations and its outlook. It includes the ecological environment and subject of China's rural finance optimization of China's rural financial system.
