With the continuous development and growth of the socialist market economy, the domestic enterprises are gradually after years of innovation and development into the stability and growth of the critical moment. The role of human resources in the enterprise to a strategic height, assisted in some enterprises, human resource management department from functional departments, and turn into strategic sectors. But enterprises to find the talent, training and talent to create value to the enterprise, but need to protect a set of scientific and remuneration system. Today, compensation management has become the core content of corporate human resources management, and has been closely linked to the management of corporate human resources development strategy elements. Reasonably effective pay system not only inspire staff enthusiasm and initiative, but also to attract and retain the best employees to stay in business.This article through the study of domestic and foreign enterprises pay system management mode status and take H Enterprises for example to discuss the design and reform of the pay system, find out the current development of the domestic private enterprises pay system, and a more flexible pay system to attract motivate and retain key personnel, and provide reference for domestic private enterprises pay system design.This article briefly reviews the history and evolution of the development of domestic and international compensation management mode analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the the various remuneration system and its theory. On the basis of the theory, including the compensation theory, and pay types, functions, and impact of the pay system factors at the same time reasonable salary system evaluation based on innovation; compensation philosophy followed by scientific H study, in-depth study and analysis of the problems of the enterprise compensation management system on job analysis, job analysis, salary survey, salary positioning modern the remuneration design method to the H enterprises, a new design of a pay system to solve the lack of compensation management. Also want to give other SMEs in the growth of the domestic one can learn from the remuneration package.
