Presently,the competition among enterprises is particularly fierce, and enterprises toseek long-term development of the actual situation must be developed consistent with thedevelopment strategy of its own, and formed the core competitiveness so as to survive inthe competition. After six years development,Handan Transportation Group has becomewell-known enterprises in Handan City, and the main areas of its business aretransportation,logistics services, automotive trade, and real estate development. However,in the context of economic globalization and competitive pressures, HandanTransportation Group and the macroeconomic environment must be combined with theadvantages and disadvantages of its own conditions, reasonable scientific developmentstrategies in order to maintain the existing market, based on the continuous marketexpansion, increased various business models to enhance their capabilities to win in thefierce competition.Firstly,this paper on development of the theory of strategic management has a briefsummary of the history, describing the tools used in this article,PEST, SWOT, AHP, abrief introduction of quantitative strategies matrix, and the idea of this study (technicalroute).Secondly, after introducing the history of the Group and transport situation, thearticle analyzes the external environment of the group by PEST, uses of Porter five forcesmodel to analyze the intensity of competition in the industry, uses AHP method todetermine the weight of external factors, and bases on external factors determined theGroup Matrix for the responsiveness of the external environment. Through the Group’smaterial resources, human resources, financial capacity, value chain and core groupdrawn from the analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses, the use of AHP and internalconditions within the factor matrix obtained ability to respond. Then according to theanalysis and the advantages and disadvantages, out of the opportunities and threatsapplication SWOT matrix to identify four strategies, it uses quantitative strategy matrix todetermine the merits of the order of strategies.Then according to the best two selected strategies to determine the vision of theGroup, the article determines the development strategy of the Group for8years, respectively, a detail description of the passenger transport, logistics, the real estate, andthe automobile trade development goal each year, then makes on the basis of sales,human resources, finance and other functional layer strategies, which shipped for thegroup strategy to provide the necessary conditions for successful implementation.Finally, this article summarizes the research process, research methods and tools, theshortcomings and puts forward what this article should be improved, and therecommendations for further research.This article using qualitative methods to determine the eight years of the Group andtransport development strategy of the Group is scientific, and its methods and ideas cometo the same type of formulation of development strategies of other companies to providesome reference observations, and have a certain practical significance.
