| Along with the arrival of knowledge economy age, intellectual personnel which have acquirednecessary knowledge and skills and are able to work with them, have been the core human resources ofan enterprise, and also have been an significant part of the labor force.In the mean time, with their knowledge and skills intellectual personnel pursue more onindividual development, as so, once they find that the working environment no longer provide withdeveloping space or the salary/welfare they demanded, they will find another way out.The resignation of intellectual personnel leaves enterprises with inestimable loses, whereforeresearch on resignation tendency of intellectual personnel becomes particularly important.This study takes the supervisory commitment of intellectual personnel as a main study point,analyzed personnel resignation tendency via questionnaire survey and discussed the relationship betweensupervisory commitment and resignation tendency and the ability supervisory commitment has onresignation tendency prediction. The study reached following conclusions:Conclusion1: through variance analysis on demographic variables of supervisory commitment ofintellectual personnel, the study found supervisory commitment has little variance on gender and enterprisebusiness type as a whole, but differs notably on personnel age, education level, work age, job position andenterprise business type.Conclusion2: through variance analysis on demographic variables of resignation tendency ofintellectual personnel, the study found resignation tendency has little variance on gender, personnel age andjob position, but differs notably on education level, work age and enterprise business type.Conclusion3: the study found supervisory commitment has a negative correlation withresignation tendency, which means each dimension including dedication to supervisor, extra effort,dependence, identification, internalized values, has a negative correlation with resignation tendency.Conclusion4: the study found through regression analysis, that supervisory commitment is aneffective prediction variable on personnel resignation tendency, among which dedication to supervisor topsthe prediction ability. |
