Many foreign banks have went into China since 2006.Besides that,joint-stock commercial banks in China are growing quickly.This situation arouse a hard competition for financial talents in China.Considering the evident and invisible lose brought to banks,it is quite necessary to figuer out those factors that could predict employees' turnover intention,and to help managers of banks to stabilize the quit rate.Many scholar have studied emplyees's turnover intention from various angles,such as job satisfaction,perceived organizational justice and so on.In this paper, organizational commitment and supervisory commitment were took into consideration. The research used Chinese Organizational Commitment Scale,Chinese Supervisory Commitment Scale and Turnover Intention Scale to carry on the questionnaire survey to 241 manufacturing industries staffs,and carried on the analysis to the investigation results.The main results of this study were as follows:1.Organizational commitment had significant negative influence on turnover intention.It turned out that factors of organizational commitment,like ideal commitment,economic commitment and choice commitment could predict the turnover intention efficiently.2.Supervisory commitment had four factors,which were director's personal charm, director's care for subordinates,director's professional moral,and director's competence for job.3.Supervisory commitment had significant negative influence on turnover intention. It turned out that factors of supervisory commitment,like director's personal charm and director's care for subordinates could predict the turnover intention efficiently.4.Regression anlysis found that organizational commitment predicted turnover intention better than supervisory commitment did.And employees' difference on gender, age,marriage situation,years of attending work,degree,had no significant effect on turnover Intention.
