In modern society, human resources management has become very important in enterprise management,and human resources has become the key factor in the development of enterprises. Enterprises implementthe human resource management mainly through the incentive mechanism,and the essence of the incentiveis a psychological process to inspire employee behavior.So the effective incentive mechanism is to inducemotivation of employees correctly, coordinate the business goals and their own needs and encourageemployees to play the initiative and creativity, which meets their own needs and achieves the businessgoals. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to obtain the considerable development, it must have a strongcohesion to allow employees to work actively for the enterprise, and the most important key is to mobilizethe enthusiasm of employees through the effective incentive mechanism.In order to arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the employees, enterprises should establisha reasonable incentive system and management processes, build a reasonable, fair and just incentiveprinciple, so as to establish scientific incentive mechanism to encourage the staff ’s sense of self-identity tothe enterprise,train the consciousness of loyalty of the employee. And in order to perfect the incentivemechanism on this basis, enterprises should give full consideration to the difference of the individual andfollow the necessary incentive principle, establishing and implementing the multi-level incentivemechanism, giving individual workplace training to enhance the staff’s loyalty, formulating incentive salaryand welfare system, human-oriented management, so as to adapt to the needs of the modern management.At present, there are a lot of problems in enterprise staff incentive mechanism. Enterprise can’t buildaccurate and objective evaluation system. Salary system is not reasonable,ignoring the structure and diversity of incentive group. Measures are identical and single, and some don’t consider the inner demandof the staff. This not only can’t improve the employees ’ enthusiasm and efficiency, but also is likely to becounterproductive, etc. It makes our enterprises have not established a relatively perfect, scientific andsystematic enterprise staff incentive mechanism. It is very unfavorable to the enterprise’s health, harmonyand long-term development. Therefore, it is necessary to research our enterprise employee incentivemechanism systematically and scientifically.In view of this, this paper uses the corresponding research methods, by collecting relevant enterpriseincentive mechanism construction material, the integrated use of psychology, management and the relevantincentive theory and method of economics based on the results of the study of predecessors’.At the sametime, it uses my experience in Y Company engaged in human resources management work for many years,takes the employee of the company as the research object from Y Company’s actual conditions, analyzesthe problems and shortcomings of the employee incentive mechanism at present,and rethinks the guidingideology and supporting measures of the company’s incentive mechanism. The correspondingcountermeasures are mainly embodied in establishing a scientific and reasonable salary welfare system,creating better enterprise culture, perfecting the system of staff training, planning and constructing staff ’scareer vision, and so on. Finally it comes to the conclusion. Practice proves that the design of incentivemechanism based on the Y employees in this thesis is effective to the research purpose. Hope the researchresults can provide some reference for our research of the enterprise employee’s incentive mechanismsystem.
