Evaluation Of The Comprehensive Ability Of Listed Companies In Henan Province Based On Factor Analysis And Analytic Hierarchy Process

Henan is one of the most important economic province in China with the fifth GDP ranks, it ismainly component of China’s fourth-largest economy named by Henan Zhongyuan Economic Zone, andalong with the implementation of the strategy Rise of Central China and Central Plains Economic the fulllaunch of the zones, Henan will become one of the most dynamic regions of the Regional EconomicDevelopment. So how the Henan’s economic better and faster development has an important impact for thewhole China. Listed companies are the guidepost of economic development, its development level hasrestricted the economic development of the entire region, it is one of the strong driving force for theregional economic development. As a result, the listed companies in Henan Province has an importantsignificance in promoting economic development in Henan. In particular, the research on thecomprehensive capability assessment evaluation for listed companied which could recognize the status ofHenan’s economic development, and enhance the economic strength of Henan Province has played theincomparable role.The main idea of this paper：the basic situation of the listed companies in Henan Province wassurvey, and the listed companies’ comprehensive ability in Henan Province was researched by the factoranalysis and the AHP from the aspects of financial capacity and governance capacity. Accordingly it haspointed out the existing issues in the development of the listed companies in Henan Province. At last, thispaper has put forward suggestions to improve the comprehensive ability of the listed companies.This paper is divided into four parts: First introduces the research background and significance ofthis thesis; Second, elaborated the concept of the listed company’s overall ability to determine the researchmethods used in this article; Third, the basic situation of the listed companies in Henan Province wassurvey, and the listed companies’ comprehensive ability in Henan Province was researched by the factoranalysis and the AHP from the aspects of financial capacity and governance capacity. Accordingly it haspointed out the existing issues in the development of the listed companies in Henan Province; At last, thispaper has put forward suggestions to improve the comprehensive ability of the listed companies. The main conclusions of this paper: It was found that the financial capacity and the governancecapacity of the listed companies in Henan Province are in the medium level, lack of good companies, lowoverall quality. The comprehensive ability of the listed companies in Henan Province needs to be improved.The cause of the comprehensive ability of listed companies in Henan province is low, on the one hand, onewas the poor financial performance, and on the other one was the imperfect corporate governance structure.
