| More and more people tend to invest in finance for enjoying the dividends of economic development and maintaining asset appreciation.Due to the rapid development of the Internet,revolution of interest rate liberalization,P2P(network lending platform)came into being.However,without sound and unified credit platform in China,this new transaction mode has brought convenience and also caused some suffer.Therefore,in order to provide financial reference to investors,and suggestions for the platform,it is necessary to establish a scientific P2 P comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model.Ideas in paper: Combing the domestic and international P2 P related references,summing up the previous financial features,Internet website properties and innovatively introducing user experience characters,use factor analysis and improved analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the P2 P platform,in order to provide reference for investors.For comprehensive evaluation,this paper uses factor analysis to analyze the characteristics of platform finance and the characteristics of Internet websites.In order to be more efficient and practical,the research simplifies the difficulty of the structure judgment matrix,and selects the top 10 analysis factor to analysis in the 5 platforms which have the similar platform operation time.Then,next,grabbed by web crawler from the online reviews of platform,is analyzed by using the Chinese word segmentation algorithm.By quantifying the emotional scores of the user reviews,the overall comprehensive evaluation value of the 5 platforms is obtained from the two user experience attributes aspects of qualitative and quantitative.Firstly,the evaluation angle proposed in this paper is better than the traditional evaluation.In order to reduce the influence of "herding behavior" on the platform competitiveness,the user experience attributes should be introduced.Secondly,at the present stage,P2 P users pay more attention to the "hard" experience of the platform. |
