The Study On Value Assessment Of Internet Listed Enterprises

Enterprise value is an indispensable premise estimated to protect the enterprise restructuring,corporate mergers and acquisitions and other socio-economic activities.With the constant development of the macroeconomic environment,the enterprise value estimate already has been the hot issue by the enterprise owners and economists.With the economic and social progress and the development of the Internet platform,the internet enterprises have obtain a dominant economic status and the traditional enterprise value estimates have already lost the applicability in the field of this new type of enterprise.However,there has not been an Internet enterprise value estimation scheme recognized by the public absolutely so far.Therefore,this paper has a high practical value for the research of Internet enterprise valuation.This paper reviewed the existing Internet enterprise valuation research literatures through the literature research,theory,data comparison,empirical testing and other methods.Then,this paper also summarized the different characteristics of the Internet enterprises from the traditional enterprise and proved that the traditional evaluation methods have certain limitations in evaluating Internet enterprise value based on the traditional methods like cost method,market method and income method.This paper proposed a comprehensive enterprise value estimation scheme based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process,which not only provided the references for the relative enterprise managements and investors,but also presented the characteristics of each enterprise through mathematical language.The rigid index and flexible index have been raised and the comprehensive evaluation system has been established from the perspective of the internet enterprise value.On the basis of the internet industry,the generic weight coefficients of each index were calculated and quantified by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy mathematics method.Lastly,comprehensive scores of target internet enterprises within the industry and the target enterprise value can be obtained by the standardized process and correction factors.This paper estimated and compared the stock and the enterprise estimate value with the real value based on the comprehensive estimate method and the traditional methods among the 20 research internet enterprises.The error rate reached 0.28 and the credibility up to 93.6%.Finally,this paper proved that the comprehensive evaluation model is scientific for the evaluation of the value of Internet enterprises and has some reference for the other evaluation.
