China's industrialization and cities develop rapidly, the development of agricultural is relatively slow since open and reform,the gap between rural and urban expansion, the income of urban and rural residents expands unceasingly. We must establish "commonly share risks and interests" community, establish and perfect the benefit affiliating mechanism, so that we can promote the industrialization of agriculture and development, accelerate development of enterprises and farmers' land, it is economic law and has been proved by practice again and again. Also the improvement farmers and leading enterprise benefit affiliating mechanism can promote the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure, the new socialist rural construction, urban and rural economic and social development and the building of a harmonious society has important strategic significance. Therefore, the research of farmers and leading enterprise benefit affiliating mechanism for further, the leading enterprises and farmers, improve benefit affiliating relationship between enterprises, promote the driving force of the development of the agricultural industrialization and increasing the income of farmers to provide the scientific basis for policy, and has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of reviewing theoretical and empirical research literatures of benefit affiliating mechanism between leading enterprise and farmers in agriculture industrialization, the research summarizes the present situation of benefit affiliating mechanism between leading enterprise and farmers of Chongqing according to statistics and research data. The research uses theories of industrial economics, regional economics, institutional economics.For example, we use transaction cost theory, the principal-agent theory, incomplete contract theory to study and explain the existing problems and causes of the benefit affiliating mechanism, and based on this, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect benefit affiliating mechanism of farmers and leading enterprise of Chongqing. Meanwhile, the number of leading enterprises and management efficiency is low, the farmers who cooperating with leading enterprise defaults. The government's support is not enough, support funds is less, credit policy implementation difficulty, also have difficulty in coordinating interests.4. The main task at present is to standard order agriculture actively because now Chongqing is proposing pre-ordered agriculture development. Due to the concept of farmers and leading enterprise, the orientation of property right structure and institutional consortium, the leading enterprises and farmers contract affiliating is unstable, breach is often happen, it needs the government to strengthen regulation and oversight. We mainly use the contract price, legal and economic leading enterprises and farmers to stabilize the interests relation, promote the industrialization of agriculture to "Shared interests and risks", the direction of development.5.Leading enterprises and farmers are to establish stable contractual relationship. Driven by the "economic man" characteristics, the leading enterprises and farmers in the game is to realize own benefit maximization to determine their behavior. According to the theory, if enterprises and farmers are infinite repetition of the game between the parties, the cooperation can establish credit mechanism, by leading enterprises and farmers to make out the "prisoner's dilemma", further enhance the stability of the contract. Therefore, when cooperation they should sign a contract first based on laws, or have a relatively stable contractual relationship, and to give full play to credit mechanism in the importance of the contract.6.As to let leading enterprises and farmers to become truly benefit community connection, namely in community of interests in the relationship between the main body participation in the fair distribution of interests, the premise is the leading enterprises and farmers have property right relations between participation, i.e., partial property right is guaranteed, and farmers to get the corresponding compensation for conditions, thus realizing the real integration.
