Port is the window opening to the outside world for the country o, but also the import and export channels. In recent years, Chinese foreign trade import and export sustained rapidly growth, has been maintaining a growth rate of over20%for four consecutive years. In2012, Chinnese total foreign trade volume of over3.8trillion U.S. dollars, an increase of6.2%. For the increasing total foreign trade, Chinese port logistics is rapidly developing, has become an important part of Chinese logistics.The development of the port logistics, enhanced economic radiation function and the industrial cluster effect of the port area, led to the continuous development of the economy of the entire region. Due to the constraints of geographical location, the economic base, and the infrastructure of Jiangxi port logistics, port logistics system is not fully developed, the port logistics environment does not meet the economic development needs of the region. Port logistics development in Jiangxi related to the overall situation of economic and social development in Jiangxi province, the central region, and even the whole country. So we must do our best to develop the port logistics in Jiangxi province.Based on this understanding, we proceed from the realistic conditions of Jiangxi port logistics environment, to determine whether it has a certain appeal, competitiveness in the central region. Through the evaluation and comparison analysis, we can found the gap of port logistics environment between Jiangxi and other provinces, and thus determine the development strategy of Jiangxi inland port logistics environment and the direction to optimize improvement, then seek effective ways and means to improve the port environment, reduce crossings logistics costs, improve service levels, to improve the efficiency of logistics, provide some constructive advice for port logistics development in Jiangxi provide.
