An Empirical Analysis Of Rural Labor Flow Influence In The Context Of Industrial Transformation

Since "three modernizations"proposed, China’s industrialization, urbanization andagricultural modernization have greater development, to a larger role for the economic andsocial science development, industrial structure adjustment effect.The eighteen CommunistParty session of China proposes to push on the information technology development. Thedevelopment of information put forward higher requirements on the computer, electronicsand other high-tech industry. In order to further optimize the industrial structure, to realizethe transformation of intensive economy, so as to promote the industry and economicdevelopment of science,the government through the introduction of "on Midwestundertaking industrial transfer instruction opinion","industrial transformation andupgrading plan (2011-2015)","the" Twelfth Five-Year "national strategic emergingindustry development plan" and a series of industrial policies, comprehensive optimizationof industrial structure and industrial layout, promote the development of the industry toenhance the overall. The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure and industriallayout, will inevitably affect the mobility of the rural labor force. In order to better promotethe harmonious development between the industrial transformation and employment ofrural labor force, through regression analysis of the survey data of Ganzhou and Yichuntwo areas, and puts forward the corresponding conclusion, and put forward suggestions,coordination development between the industrial transformation and the mobility of therural labor force.The main content of this study is divided into five chapters: the first chapter,introduces the research background and significance, research purpose and researchmethod, the research route, define the scope of the study, points out the innovation anddeficiency in the research. The second chapter, summary the progress of domestic andforeign research and theory, and briefly reviews, explains the basic theory of industrialtransformation influence on rural labor flow. The third chapter, in view of China’s rurallabor mobility history, analyzing the present situation of Jiangxi rural labor mobility andindustrial transformation in Jiangxi, and analyses the influence of industrial transformationof Jiangxi rural labor flow. The fourth chapter, analysis of influence factors of rural laborflow, to describe the industry development sample overall situation and the sample area,and puts forward the corresponding hypotheses, select the model and variables, through theSPSS software to analyze the survey data of Jiangxi province on rural labor flow,find theinfluencing factors of rural labor flow, and put forward the conclusions of this study.Thefifth chapter, combined with the conclusion of the fourth chapter, puts forward relevantsuggestions on how to coordinate the relationship between industrial transformation andrural labor flow, coordination development of center-west region economy, society andpeople’s lives.
