The financial crisis on China’s economy has made a difference, themanufacturing enterprises of the east coastal areas were affected by certainimpact, this kind of influence is still unsolved. In2012, the centralleadershipof China has emphasized many times that urbanization strategyis important in China’s future economic development and social progress.This has caused a lot of attention of the society. rural population, especiallythe rural labor into the cities is an important step of Urbanization.The influencing factors of flowingrural labor force between the urbanand rural employment market, is the focus of this paper. Based on thedemographic classic push-pull theory upon rural labor flow actual situationanalysis, we safely draw the conclusion that the rural labor flow is affectednot only by factors from the rural as the income level of rural life,production conditions, public education level, social security system,medical and health conditions, survival growth environment, rural landpolicy, their family factors, home business ideas, but also by factors fromthe urban asthe income level, production conditions and professionalconversion cost, see life opportunities, entered-city countryman’s tensionfactor, the household registration system, the social security system, theeastern coastal areas of industrial transfer, the impact of financial crisis.Empirical research come after qualitative analysis. According tomeasurement analysis on the survey data fromhubei&henan, we verify thetheory research part of the research conclusion.After the conclusion, we give a series of urbanization constructionpositive policy suggestionson properly guide the rural labor flow.
