Academia to be dividedaccording to the intergenerational characteristics for the new generation of migrantworkers, and older students on behalf of migrant workers. Generation of migrant workersis different from the environment for the growth of the older students on behalf of migrantworkers has created a high level of education, job requirements, require high quality of lifeas well as hard-working ability and low is different from the fathers of the new features ofits subject. Based on the difference between the two generations of migrant workersincreasingly significant intergenerational, faced similar living environment, copingbehavior of two generations of migrant workers must be different. Intergenerationalperspective to study the issue of migrant workers to guide migrant workers orderly,reasonable entrepreneurship is particularly important.Migrant workers in the course of employment accumulated a certain amount of socialcapital, human capital and funding, entrepreneurial willingness to gradually increase, theGovernment also encourage migrant workers to start their own businesses, to realize theirown employment, while an effective way to drive employment. Run out after SPSS17.0model results, discussed the possibility ofcausing the model results and the corresponding effective countermeasures and suggestionsbased on the final results of the study, hoping to increase the willingness of migrantworkers entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success rate.
