The growth of the employees refers to the growth of the occupation development and mental model.The career development refers to that employees set goals for themselves’ development. They do it according to hobbies, experience, the analysis of skills, their char acter and the understanding of themselves. In order to make the goals come true, they for mulate a series of operational and implementation plans. The mental model mainly refers to the changes and developments of people’s psychologic and thoughts. It reflectes memo ries of the world in people’s minds.The growth of the mental models is about the mental map of the world with men’s long-term memory, which is the change of men’s thought m ethod, thinking habits, thinking styles and psychological quality. Mental model also deter mines our perception of the world. Under the perspective of the social work, the growth o f the employees uses philosophy and methods. It works at the development and mental m odels emploees’ career. The purpose is to help employees develop occupation and men’s mind, so as to create a harmonious and orderly working atmosphere. In recent years, the g rowth of the employees under the perspective of the social work gets the attention. But it i sn’t perfect because of the late start and limited involves.The study is the collecting of JAC, under the perspective of the social work. It combines normattive research and empirical research. And it’s observed according to the qualitative research and the interviewing methods. So as to give the advice about the improvement under the perspective of the social work.This study includes three aspects:the analysisi of the growth of the emplyees in Jianghuai Automobile, the analysis and results about the intervation of the social worker, the research about the countermeasures.Accessing to the data in humen resource department in JAC, the author comes to know that the development of employees’career is mainly according to the enterprise’s development system. With the form of questionarie and interview, the author realizes that the recent enterprise’s development system is not unified with the development of employees’career. It leads to the professional negative mental instability. And the company know little about employees’ amateur life and their family. This affected the employees’mental growth.The author conducted the series of cases and activities during the reseach. For example, carried out the training activities of basic knowledge for frontline staffs, helped the staffs who have problems in life or career using different methods, held the tug wars. These activities solved employees’ psychological problems, enhanced the sense of belonging and honor, achieved the unity of the value of the employees and enterprise.According to the reseach of the employees’ growth, it comes out that it is important to strengthen in terms of standadization and institutionalization, though the social work intervention has gotten some achievements. It can be seen that the structure of social work intervention will ensure the growth of employees and the enterprise’s development of the human environment, achieve the win-win situation.
