With the era of the knowledge-based economy and global economic integration, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Establishment of an effective performance appraisal system has become an important means for enterprises to take advantage of. How to correct positioning of the performance appraisal, how to set up a performance evaluation system for the enterprise, how to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal has become the key enterprises to improve the level of human resource management, create a competitive advantage, to achieve strategic objectives.In this paper, the performance assessment of the XH as the research object, by this stage the performance appraisal of the situation analysis, and pointed out its problems:lack of consistency in the performance appraisal and the Company’s strategic objectives, too much emphasis on staff performance, performance evaluation instead of performance management, performance appraisal lack of communication links, the lack of feedback and application performance results. And to identify the specific reasons for problems:the purpose of performance appraisal is a clear positioning, the company’s wage structure is more simple, appraisal company quality and the lack of implementation capacity, separation of personal development and the development of the company.Papers along identify problems, analyze problems, problem-solving ideas, using interviews, observation, and other means, based on the company to establish performance appraisal system to improve organizational performance, and the need for the company to continue as a going concern development, from the establishment of the performance appraisal system should have basic work principles to be followed, how to design the the XH company performance evaluation index system, how to determine the use of assessment results, have set up a performance appraisal system for XH. And environmental construction, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, performance and communication performance appraisal system for the smooth implementation of protection measures.The system is designed to upgrade the the XH company human resources management and to promote the implementation of the performance appraisal has important practical significance, but also have some reference to the formulation of the performance appraisal system of the same type of enterprise.
