With the development of global economy and global environment changes, especially the financial crisis happened frequently in modern society, new requirements are put forward to the banking development. Recruitment of human resources is one of the important strategic of a bank, so it is necessary to get full attention. Effective recruitment can improve the competitiveness of enterprises, reduce costs and expand their visibility. As the earliest share-holding commercial bank of Inner Mongolia area and national joint-stock commercial bank, since its establishment has obtained a good development and gain a good reputation in the industry.But in the staff recruitment, Baoshang Bank recruitment process is still not perfect, there are still some problems. Such as the recruitment strategy, selection, selection strategy and Person-Post matching problems. This article illustrates these problems through real cases that happened in BaoShang Bank. In the recruitment strategies selection, BSB can choose internal recruitment, external recruitment and internal and external recruitment combining according to the specific situation. And at the same time in the specific of recruitment channels, should try to choose a variety of recruitment channel; in the selection of strategy, while on the basis of maintaining the traditional selection methods, and actively use the modern methods of recruitment, such as psychological testing methods, in order to better select suitable personnel; in person and post matching, to fully understand the employee’s character and good at, the right to judge its suitable jobs, do man well, at the same time, once found a man matching problem, to make timely treatment according to the actual situation, make appropriate adjustments.Strengthen the study on these problems has important significance to promote the lender work efficiency, enhance its market competition ability and comprehensive strength. Therefore, we need to do fully study, and to develop appropriate contractors banking recruitment strategy. At the same time, in the staff recruitment process, should put forward variety channels and search for suitable talent; in employee selection process, should make scientific quantification, mining latent capacity; in hiring and recruitment assessment process, to positive feedback, timely adjust. Basing on the packet of Baoshang Bank’s actual situation, this paper is the combination of theory and practice, therefore, it not only can be used for other domestic banking recruitment reference, can also be the promotion of research results to the human resources management for the other process. Therefore it has the extremely significant significance.
