In an increasingly competitive environment of economy,the level of human resources of an enterprise is crucial to its development.Human resource is not only the guarantee of sustainable development of an enterprise,but also the support of its basic development.Recruitment,as the basis of human resource management of enterprise,plays an important role in the enterprise’s development strategy,because the advantages and disadvantages of human resources are related to the enterprise’s strategy formulation,efficiency improvement,stability and core competitiveness.This paper summarized the current situation of recruitment research at home and abroad,as well as the theory of competency model,personnel matching theory,and psychological contract theory through literature analysis method.Based on the interviews,it summarized the recruitment status of A Aerospace Information Company employees.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the recruitment process of A Aerospace Information Company,such as the lack of planning for the recruitment,the lack of job analysis,the lack of theoretical guidance in the selection process,the single recruitment channel,and the lack of effective evaluation,and analyzed the reasons for the above problems.Based on this,the recruitment program of A Aerospace Information Company was designed in terms of recruitment requirements,recruitment plan,recruitment process,selection skills,recruitment channels,etc..Finally,the safeguards required for the implementation of the program were proposed.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we can solve the existing recruitment problem and improve the efficiency of human resource management. |
