Maturity Evaluation And Development Countermeasures On Knowledge Management In GZ Municipal Office SAT

GZGS is mainly responsible for GZ city value added tax, consumption tax, income taxand vehicle purchase tax, marine oil tax’s of administration and management. Todayknowledge and knowledge management play more and more an important role, GZGS facedwith higher demands and challenges, specific in: the increasing requirement of the taxpayersto the government service, also constantly increasing requirement of the internal work of thetax system.To solve the development problem, GZGS carry out knowledge management. In today’sknowledge economy, knowledge has become a resource of the economic growth and socialprogress. No organization or individual can go to an advance stage without being accumulateda wealth of knowledge. To achieve sustainable development, it must be for scientific andeffective management on knowledge.Currently, knowledge management system has been on line for half a year, but if is stillnot clear about how effective knowledge management work and the future developmentdirection. In this paper, with the knowledge management maturity evaluation tools to analysisand calculate GZGS knowledge management maturity stage, the author try to make it clear toits maturity upgrade, and put forward the specific development countermeasures. Knowledgemanagement is a long-term system engineering, this paper provide the developmentcountermeasures for GZGS knowledge management towards a more mature and perfectdevelopment stage.
