The Research And Application Of JIT In Make To Order Production Of A Enterprise

With the rapid development of automobile industry in China during recent years, China has become one of the countries within the largest production and marketing in automobile industry. However, the gap of management level between Chinese auto industry and developed countries like Japan, Europe and the US has been emerged gradually. It is essential to realize the JIT according to the actual situation in Chinese automobile industry. That’s will help industry to reduce the enterprise operating cost and increase international competitiveness. In this papper, JIT production problem is been studied through analyzing JIT situation at home and abroad.Firstly, this text explained the background and significance of JIT studies, researched the JIT theory system, and showed the development history at home and abroadThen, we regarded A enterprise as the empirical research object of typical domestic automobile enterprise, studied JIT from three aspects. The first is the strategy and measure for implementing JIT, focusing on how to prepare for implementing JIT according to the feature of A enterprise. The second is to analyze the problem of JIT implementing in A enterprise around seven core elements. And the last is to work out some effective improved methods in JIT implementing, within seven core elements and the feature of A enterpriseFinally, we regarded the assembly shop of A enterprise as the researched case. We explained the overall process of carrying out JIT in detail for assembly shop, and fully showed the value of JIT management mode and the effectiveness of carrying forward method through displaying the great changes of data in assembly shop before and after JIT improvement. This study provided good reference significance for Chinese automobile to carry out JIT.This study contributed much to the implementing JIT in A enterprise, as well as provided good directive function for Chinese automobile industry to implement JIT management mode.
