Study On The Path Of Service Trade In The Northeast Old Industrial Base

The five-year plan for2011to2015about promoting northeast of China, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in March2012,points out that the service trade will be the way to speed up the foreign trade development mode and the important strategy to adjust the economy structure in northeast. In the new round of the revitalization of old northeastern industrial base strategy, the development of modern service industry and service trade is very important for the whole aera.To promote northeast old industrial base,it is not only the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry, but overall the revitalization of regional economy, more involved in service industry and service trade, etc. And enlarging the service trade scale is to the benefit of northeastern industrial adjustment, structure optimization and the development about service economy, it has the vital significance to revitalize the northeast old industrial base. Therefore, the development of service trade is one of the most important ways to the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.This paper first explains the service trade of the basic concepts and theoretical basis, as a service trade development study of the theoretical foundation.Secondly, this paper make a system analysis about economic environment of developing the service trade in the old northeastern industrial bases, including the old northeastern industrial base of the overall situation of economic operation,service industry development level, the development of foreign trade status.Mainly from the overall scale, the export structure and regional structure analysis of the present situation of the development of service trade in the northeastern.Then, contacting the long industrial road of the old northeastern industrial bases gradually formed its own service characteristic, put forward the key goals of developing the traditional and characteristics service trade in the old industrial bases.To keep the advantage of traditional service trade,they need to vigorously develop tourism, fully implement foreign contract projects and labor service cooperation, develop international logistics, etc; To make full use of the industrial resources advantage and outstand characteristics in the northeast region, they will develop industrial tourism trade in services, the development environment, and the implementation of the productive service outsourcing and development lease service trade, etc.Finally, it designes the providing service trade way, market regional structure and service trade industry path selecting, and gives respectively the development of service trade route choice for Russia, Korea and Japanon the basis of physical truth of the northeast Asian countries and the northeast region.
