The Influence Of China's Service Trade Barriers To The Development Of Service Industry

Setting up trade barriers in service ind ustry is a common trade policy in the word,and the purpose is to protect the development of their service industry.If a country wants to promote the development degree of its service industry,it needs to analyze the current situation of its trade barriers,and then better suggestions can be given.This article researches the influence of the service trade barriers on the development of service industry.Firstly,the article summarizes the related theories of the service trade barriers and service industry,and summarizes China's situation of the service industry and service trade in order to understand our current situation clearly.Secondly,this article uses Novy's improved gravity model to measure the service trade barriers of China.It measures the trade barriers between the 16 foreign countries and our country,and uses the weights to measure the value of the service trade barriers of our country,the results show that the openness of our country is increasing.Besides,it abstracts and measures three indicators of the development of service industry,they are service scale,employment rate in service industry and TFP in service industry.After that,it uses Granger econometric method and grey correlation analysis method to analyze the relationship and influence degree between variables.Results show that China's service trade barriers present a downward trend in recent years,and it will influence all the three indicators.However,the degree is different,TFP in service industry is the most obvious,then the employment rate in service industry,and service scale is not obvious.Finally,it puts forward some relevant suggestions for China's service trade liberalization.
