Research On The The Impact Of Service Industry FDI On China's Service Trade Export

Foreign direct investment(FDI)is an international reallocation of all kinds of factors of production,which has important influence on countries' industrial upgrading,trade structure optimization and economic development.With the speeding up of China's service industry opening up,China's service trade and FDI flowing into the service industry have made great progress in recent years.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study whether service industry FDI can promote the export of China's service trade and further alleviate the dilemma of China's service trade deficit.This paper analyzes the scale and structure of China's service industry FDI and service trade export by using the relevant data from 1997 to 2010,and finds out that the distribution of China's service industry FDI is too centralized to be reasonable,which corresponds to the imbalance of China's service trade export structure.Finally,the empirical analysis is used to analyze the effect of service industry FDI on the export of China's service trade by means of stationarity test,co-integration test and Granger causality test.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is mainly to study the background and meaning,research methods and content,possible innovation and deficiencies and the definition of related concepts.The second chapter is related to the theory and literature research.As the basis of this study,this paper reviews the theory of the relationship between foreign direct investment and international trade,and summarizes the main research on related topics at home and abroad.Chapter 3 analyzes in detail the current situation of FDI in China's service industry and service trade to ensure a clear understanding of the overall trend and internal structure of both.The fourth chapter discusses the mechanism of the impact of FDI on the export of service trade and the impact of different kinds of service FDI on the export of service trade.On the basis of the above theoretical research,the fifth chapter chooses the trade of export and service industry as variable and the independent variable respectively,selects the other control variables appropriately,and carries on the empirical analysis.Finally,the sixth chapter puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to make effective use of service industry FDI to promote the export of service trade and reduce the deficit of service trade according to the theoretical and empirical research results and the reality of our country.We should create a better environment for foreign investmen to absorb a larger number of foreign investment into China's service industry,and guide them to the service industries that contributes more to the service trade export.
