"Relationship" is the mode of operation of the basic characteristics of China’sfamily enterprises, family enterprises operation and management plays a vital role in,which reflects the human interaction between family enterprises, can also affect abusiness relationship between human judgment. And in the day-to-day managementof the family business, relationship between upper and lower case has a largerimpact on employee job performance, boss relationship affects the subordinate staffof interpersonal interaction. Subordinate relationship on a good win under theleadership of the trust, which in varying degrees affects an employee’s jobperformance. Study found that the relationship between upper and lower case andleadership were positively correlated relationship between trust and performance,emotional commitments and deal separately on a subordinate relationship betweentask performance and negative effects; on the emotional commitment to asubordinate relationship between interpersonal promotion and play positive role inregulation and subordinate relationship on trust in the leadership and play anintermediary role between job performance.Empirical studies have shown that this article is based on the family enterprisestaff, even the cultural background and large changes have taken place in areas suchas the principle of reciprocity, kinship relations and employees ’ performanceremained in close contact. As Manager of the family business, the treatment ofsubordinate relationship between, need more focus on employee loyalty to thecompany, is more conducive to improve individual performance and operationalefficiency of the organization. Employees in the performance of work in addition tofocusing on its capacity, is also concerned about the relationship with the othersaround, especially directly under the leadership of status relationships. The familybusiness while improving employee job performance, also pay attention to thesubordinate relationship exists and focus on their impact on work performance. Inaddition, organizational commitment of employees of different interpretation of thework situation and business dependencies differently, so as to affect the performancein the work. Managers depending on employee’s organizational commitment andtake appropriate administrative measures to enhance efficiency of the enterprise as awhole.
