The dissertation mainly introduces China's farmland property right systems, the system of property rights is a combination of several bundles of rights, and finally forms the property right construction and institution. I think China's current farmland property right systems can be classified into two important categories: farmland ownership right system and farmland contract-management right system. While farmland development rights are independent from ownership rights, and there is a highly closed correlation between them.There are four chapters in this dissertation. Chapter one analysizes basic theoretical foundation for research, discusses China's farmland systems under modern property right theories, and then studies China's farmland ownership right system and contract-management right system respectively on the present laws and rules of the nation.Chapter two considers the innovation of China's farmland property right system by macro-analysis, uses the methods of property right economics and new institutional economics, and then discusses the area differences and relative causes of various farmland system innovation modes. This macro-analysis tries to find the way of institutional changes of China's farmland property rights, and evaluates the farmland system innovation modes in a wider perspective.Chapter three and four focus on farmland contract-management right systems, ownership right and development right systems respectively. Present China's farmland contract-management right system is the core of farmland system innovation, and it largely determines the reform and innovation of China's farmland system, so it's the most important part of this dissertation. Chapter three discusses the problems of farmland adjustment, land tenure security and farmland contract- management right transference, and analysizes the relationship among them, this transfer market is the core of China's farmland contract-management right system reform. Chapter four studies farmland ownership and development right system, presently China's farmland expropriation is the only way of market transference of farmland ownership rights, so it's necessary to study the expropriation and compensation systems. These two chapters both focus on the problems of property right market transference, because the most important factors in property right institution are the transference of rights and the exclusion of its revenue. During the analysis of farmland system reform and innovation, I try to conclude the road of further reform and innovation, and give the relative policy suggestions to the problems among reform and innovation of China's farmland property right systems.
