The Study On Layout Optimization Of Yangcheng Rural Residential Area Based On GIS

With the rapid development of urbanization and the deepening construction of new countryside, the link between the increase of urban construction land and the reduction of rural residential land becomes a new idea of a new round of overall planning of land use. Based on this background, the study on layout optimiza-tion of rural residential area has the practical significance to improve land saving and intensive use and eas e supply and demand contradiction of urban construction land. In this paper, with Yangcheng County in Sh anxi Province as a study area, using the spatial analysis function of GIS and combined with analytic hierarc hy process, we have a study on layout optimization of rural residential area in Yangcheng County,which h as practical significance to link the reasonable layout of local rural residental area with the increase and red uction of urban and rural construction land. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First, based on a brief analysis of research background and significance, the writer summarizes and com ments the layout optimization of rural residential area and the research progress of layout mode at home an d abroad which provides the basis for the direction and depth of the research.Second, there is a comprehensive analysis of the basic theory and method supporting this study includin g location theory, the theory of human settlements, the geographic information system theory, sustainable u se theory, the basic modes of the spacial layout of residential area, comparative analysis, analytic hierarchy process, GIS spatial analysis.Third, on the basis of the current map of land use, topographic maps, geological hazards zoning map an d social and economic data, using the GIS technology, the spatial database and attribute database will be co nstructed. Combined the GIS technology and analytic hierarchical process, the writer selects9indicators an d has an evaluation of the reasonableness of the layout of rural residential area in Yangcheng county.Fourth, according to the reasonable results of the layout of rural residential area in order to optimize the layout of land use in Yangcheng county, the writer actually puts forward four kinds of adjustment modes, t hat is, the overall relocation off-site transformation, the establishment of centering village, the combination of natural villages, urbanization development mode, internal transformation mode.
