After the transition of a planned economy to a market economy, the market-orientedprivate enterprise labor relations industry has formed. But it is a non-standardmarket-oriented labor relation. Therefore, labor conflicts and labor conflict is inevitable,and to become an important issue in front of us.This article objectively analyze the problems of the Kyushu area labor relations inenterprises, and trying to find the deep-seated causes of the problem, focusing on findsolutions, and strive to build the road in the Kyushu area enterprises out of a line from thecauses of the existing problems of the labor relations. It is based on this understanding,build harmonious labor relations of Kyushu area of the relevance and feasibility ofsuggestions: First of all, the private sector to strengthen the building of enterprise culture,to strengthen the sense of social responsibility and implement people-orientedmanagement mode to play harmonious labor relations in the main role. Secondly, theworkers must constantly improve cultural accomplishment, legal awareness andvocational skills, and develop their own professional ethics. Third, the Government shouldcontinue to improve the labor legislation to strengthen the labor inspection efforts. Finally,the trade unions to increase the formation of efforts to properly perform their ownfunctions and strengthening its own organizational building and truly become the protectorof the interests of workers. |
