The Developing Strategic Research Of Ceb Private Banking Business

As one important part of financial service field, private banking business has long been fully developed in western developed countries. With the development of Chinese economy at top speed, wealth management market has rapidly expanded, and each major Chinese-funded bank has rapidly developed private banking business to seize the commanding heights of market. While domestic private banking business has achieved rapid development, business development strategy study also has become the hot issue of the study on private banking business at present. Therefore, this paper has carried out the study on the development strategy of private banking business of CEB bank and proposed the relevant countermeasures, which shall have significant meaning in accelerating private banking business and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks.This paper tries to analyze the concept and content of private banking business, and summarize the development experience and future development trend of domestic and overseas private banking business. On such basis, the development status of the private banking business of CEB bank shall be analyzed, the development strategy of the private banking business of CEB bank shall be formulated, and the corresponding functional strategy shall be proposed, so as to provide certain reference for commercial banks to develop private banking business.Basing on such aim, the main study contents of this paper shall include:1. The development status of Chinese private banking business and the study on the development trend of domestic and overseas private banking business:the study and analysis of this part shall lay foundation for carrying out influence factor analysis, strategic formulation and the proposing of corresponding measures.2. Influencing factor analysis on the development of private banking business by CEB bank:this part shall carry out study on the internal conditions and external environments for the development of private banking business by CEB bank, assess the internal and external influence factors for the development of private banking business by CEB bank, and carry out SWOT analysis.3. The strategic selection and main strategies for CEB bank to develop private business: on the basis of status analysis and trend study, this part shall formulate the overall strategy and competition strategy for the private banking business of CEB bank. It believes that CEB bank should select attack strategy and differentiation competition strategy at the present stage, and put forward the relevant strategies from the angles including organizing structure, product design and business marketing.
